The Visual Form Builder
Design forms the same way you design user flows: spatially.
Most form builders force you into a linear paradigm. You add Question 1, then Question 2, then Question 3. If Question 3 depends on the answer to Question 1, you have to dig into a hidden settings menu to create a "logic jump."
This works fine for a simple contact form. But for complex user research screeners, internal intake forms, or multi-stage assessments, the linear model breaks down. You lose the forest for the trees.
Spatial Logic Mapping
SmartFormBoard uses an infinite canvas. You drag out "sticky notes" that represent questions. To create a logic jump, you literally draw a line from one note to another.
Instead of If Q4 == 'Yes', Hide Q5 hidden in a sidebar...
You see a physical line connecting the "Yes" option on Q4 directly to Q6, bypassing Q5 entirely.
Why this matters for Facilitators
When you are leading a workshop, stakeholders need to understand the data collection flow quickly. A visual board allows a Marketing VP and a Lead Engineer to instantly grasp how a user will experience the survey, leading to faster approvals and fewer errors.
